*You can apply for up to 2 shows with one application.
*Please make sure to apply for the show you can pay for and attend, as you may be selected for more than one show.
*Please note that you can only apply for one ticket per seat type.
*Applications for this ticket advance will be accepted through the Ticket Pia system.
*Ticket Pia membership registration (free of charge) is required in advance.
*Please note that Ticket Pia membership registration (free of charge) requires the registration of a Japanese cell phone number and cell phone authentication by short message (SMS).
*Please register as a Ticket Pia member (free of charge) via PC or Smartphone.
*If you have previously registered as a Ticket PIA member (free of charge), you do not need to do so again at this time.

*Tickets purchased are non-refundable. (except in case of postponement or cancellation of the performance)

*The only method of ticket pickup available on Cloak is "Electronic Ticket Pickup by *Smartphone". Please register your smartphone phone number starting with "090, 080, 070".
(If you wish to change your phone number, please go to Ticket PIA My Page and change your phone number in the "Change Member Information" menu before applying again. Changes cannot be made after the application has been made).
*To receive electronic tickets (MOALA Ticket), a smartphone device with an "SMS Service" subscription is required. You will not be able to receive the tickets with a device other than the one with your registered phone number.
*Everything described on this page and the ticket acceptance page is an important guide for ticket acceptance. Please note that you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the information in order to accept the tickets.
*No cancellations or changes can be made after the application period has ended.

*The reserved seat number or serial number will be announced on the ticket screen at 12:00 noon on the day of the performance.
*If your electronic ticket (smartphone) is lost, stolen, forgotten, or otherwise not in your possession, you will not be admitted to the venue for any reason.
*The sale of purchased tickets to third parties is strictly prohibited for any reason. In the event that resale is discovered, both the seller and the purchaser will be denied admission on the day of the performance, or will be immediately ejected from the venue.
*For security reasons, metal detectors will be used to inspect your belongings upon entry to the venue. Please refrain from bringing anything other than what is necessary for entry. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in bringing the minimum amount of baggage necessary.
