※ A separate drink fee of ¥600 is required upon entry
※ Preschool children are not admitted
※ Up to 4 tickets per application

<Important Notes Regarding Ticket Applications and Admission>
Paid ticket transfers without the promoter’s consent are strictly prohibited. Identity verification may be conducted upon entry. Please make the ticket purchase using the member ID of the person attending the event.

・Only the registered attendee at the time of application will be eligible to receive and use the ticket. Changes cannot be made after purchase.
・To prevent unauthorized resale, when purchasing multiple tickets, the name and phone number of all attendees must be registered during the application process.
・Depending on the performance and seat type selected, ticket distribution to registered accompanying attendees may be required. Please check the instructions shown on the attendee registration screen and the “My Tickets” page after purchase.
・Only smartphone-based electronic tickets will be available for this event.
Please register a smartphone phone number beginning with 090 / 080 / 070 in your Pia membership information before applying.
・Electronic tickets (MOALA) require a smartphone device that supports SMS services. Tickets cannot be received on devices other than the one associated with the registered phone number.

※Tickets cannot be refunded except in the case of event postponement or cancellation.
※This event will only issue electronic tickets accessible via smartphones registered with a domestic Japanese phone number (excluding IP phones).
※If you do not own a smartphone or do not have a Japanese mobile phone number, there will be no alternative ticketing method available.
※Entry numbers will be displayed on the ticket screen at 12:00 noon on the day of the performance.
※For identity verification purposes, please make sure that the name, date of birth, email address, address, and phone number entered when applying for tickets match the information registered with the “METALVERSE OFFICIAL NEWSLETTER.”
※If your Pia membership information differs from the information registered with the “METALVERSE OFFICIAL NEWSLETTER,” please update your Pia membership information before applying. If you apply using information that does not match your newsletter registration, you may not be able to purchase tickets.
※If your electronic ticket (smartphone) is lost, stolen, or forgotten, entry will not be permitted for any reason.
※The resale of purchased tickets to third parties is strictly prohibited. If resale activity is detected, both the seller and buyer may be denied entry or asked to leave immediately.
※Please refrain from bringing unnecessary belongings. We kindly ask guests to bring only essential items.
※For safety reasons, guests who have consumed alcohol may be denied entry.
※Guests who require an attendant or those arriving in a wheelchair should contact the performance inquiry desk listed below after winning tickets.
