METALVERSE’s latest digital single “OMIKUJI” has “appeared”!! Available worldwide on September 18 (Fri.)!!

Multiverse project METALVERSE will release its latest digital single, “OMIKUJI,” on Friday, September 18.

The track opens with lyrics that pose a question about the listener’s own destiny: “Will your fortune be Daikichi (Great Blessing)? Or perhaps an ordinary Shokichi (Small Blessing)?” From there, “OMIKUJI” delivers a series of powerful and positive messages, including “I’m not just some ordinary weakling, I am,” “I’m the strongest, the fastest, the greatest—I’ll twist fate itself to my will,” “OMIKUJI is nothing but a piece of paper,” and “Don’t give up. There’s still a chance to win—this is where it all begins.”

An upbeat track that embodies METALVERSE as it exists right now, “OMIKUJI” combines drum & bass beats with a heavy band sound, while MIKO’s muscular vocals and rapid-fire rap create an intense impression. The song has already become a familiar favorite in the group’s live performances.

In addition, a limited-quantity production CD of “OMIKUJI” will be available for a special advance sale on Saturday, September 19, at Spotify O-EAST, where “METALVERSE #4 – RE:VERSE” will take place.

Fans who purchase the CD at the venue will receive an “OMIKUJI Card” as a special bonus on a first-come, first-served basis. There are three designs in total, distributed at random—so which design you receive will be a surprise!
